Special Edition + SkyComplete, need help (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Hi. It is possible to install this mod on a Special Edition or something similar? Need to keep track of quests to solve

Though link left mod download want, would be revered, maybe there is something on this issue. If from steam workshop then they should all be compatible with this version of the game.
