it's not always available, maybe too far from the generator is or something. try to put the generator and check.

It not only works for turrets and teleport ( from the mission) . And lighting and different works

well, or shut down the Fort at the time of the teleport.
and turrets without energy (link above) all put. they are immortal and the level of protection is higher.
