How to be in the NMM if you put an identical fashion? (Fallout 4)

I now stand three fashion that add foliage on the trees, the bushes green and the grass is green, I want to try another mod that does the same thing, suddenly it will be beautiful, so the question is, is there enough in NMM to disable the first mode, or they should also be removed? And even if you can simply disable it does ask some questions on the replacement files and so on?
