Freezes in the game. (Rust)

In General , when I play Rust , when you walk around the map maybe every 10-15 min is Friz well, or several at once. The computer seems good:
Graphics card: gtx 960 4gb
Percents: i5 4690k
RAM: 8gb Windows 10 64 bit
Originally thought that the case in RAM and downloaded the software mem reduct, but to no avail. After decided to disable the skins , I thought that because of them , but again did not help. I don't know what that could be...
Maybe someone knows how to solve or is faced with such a problem ?

let me guess. Drawdown up to 1фпс=) and after an hour or so of the game they will be invisible altogether lost.
