Motherboard MSI A78M-E35 V2

Does the AMD Athlon X4 845 with motherboard MSI A78M-E35 V2 ? Replaced processor AMD A6-6400K processor AMD Athlon X4 845. The computer was not working! Not identify the keyboard, mouse, monitor, coolers are all spinning! Back, works! What is the reason? Both devices support SocketFM2+ ? Thank you.
