Error \"failed starting new game\" (Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City)

So I start the game, everywhere you've logged in choose episode,downloading,then climbs inscription,failed, starting new game and takes 10-20 seconds and the game crashes p.s Game reinstalled,did not help(
