Bug with lighting (Payday 2)

Lag lighting in the lobby/menu/inventory. This was not before I put Windu 8.1. In the game it does not interfere, but when I look down, then disappear all shadows. Maybe someone knows how to fix it? in the game files I put only fashion. And they did not change the graphics or textures
