The run oblivion on low graphics cards. (The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion)
This topic is to figure out how to run the game The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion on older graphics cards like Radeon 9200 Pro Family, and the like.I found that Oblivion RUNS on the Radeon 9200 Pro Family BUT all the textures in the game white the feeling that they just do not, also when you go into Options>Graphics and change the settings there and then click Back to play it accordingly to the settings in the game cannot be changed because you need to restart the game and not to depart from it or restart the computer.

For texture mapping, the graphics card must have Shader model 2.0.

I found a way to run the game on ATI Radeon 9200 Pro Family personally, I have my so and launched of course count in the game but I think if the Chu-bit to proofread everything will be OK you need to download 2 files.
1st file: http://tes.ag.ru/oblivion/util/Oblivion.ini Nada put instead of the file Oblivion.ini or you can copy the contents to vstaviti instead.
