Do not run the game (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Greetings to all.
Stood the pirates, playing in peace. Of the mods was just 1 - disable the Intro.

Yesterday heck and decided to put Colored markers, and Mod indicates the radius of the bombs. Began when you start to appear RedEngine and the game kicked off.

-Removing those 2 mods gave nothing.(All 3 too)
-Reinstalling the game gave nothing.
-Other Repack also not start.(Deleted the saves - not start)
-Visual C++ and Directx was rolled, the video card drivers were updated just in)

Either nothing happens(doesn't show anything, the process just ends), or a black screen briefly and the process is terminated.

The crash log always the same - Crash reason: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (3221225477) Error writing location 0x0000038c

And now the most interesting - has created another uchetku in Windows and there ****ing plays!

It is clear that some strange tails in my main uchetku, but where to dig I do not know.(And what the fuck, 2 fucking fashion broke the game?)

Crawled the entire AppData and tried to look in the registry, muffled.
Even sniffel process ProcessMonitor'om - an especially worthwhile but saw nothing.

Any ideas, people)?

Windows 7 64-bit system is from 2013, not particularly want to reinstall, either to cut uchetku.

PS Googled of course, didn't find anything similar, the solutions are all old and are mostly associated with the then patch and other irrelevant issues.
