Missing files of Windows 10

Actually,I'm on your train threw the files from a computer of a friend(he is vin7)loaded on your PC vin10 I have not found these files.Almost immediately vin10 asked Rabotnitsa that would fix a disk error has rebutals included appeared part of the files(the files were probably broken, not the test).Tried to find Total Commander'om found files but was unable to move them. Who can faced, to be solved?

There was such 8.1. Got hard from one computer and sorted the files on the other. In the end, when we hooked back, formed a porridge - deleted files and folders appeared again, and the new (renamed/moved) just disappeared. Did the check disk, and new files appeared, but the rest had to manually fix.
