In the video cutscenes no subtitles (Fallout 4)

In the video cutscenes for example at the beginning of the game,there is no subtitles,but in the game they are enabled and running.What to do?

Them there is no stupid, and not displayed. Is there a mod that adds the subs to the videos where the PG was, look.
