today I came across one review which stated that Rockstar closed the servers on license gta 4 and tipo in multiplayer with other players to play anymore,is that true?

License Steam, when the game starts to log in to your account Social Club for half a year can not. You have to run single mode.

XS, I got b license to drive from 1C. Early in multiplayer play without problems. The last time I decided to reinstall the game and re-take back in the fall. But for some reason the game starts stops connecting to the Social Club and sees only the offline mode. Live comes without problems. The license key sees and accepts, game activation is successful.
