Strange... I Have Intel Core i-5-2500 2,8 GHz 4 core, GeForce GTX 960 4 GB (not the point, the recommended card is a GTX 680 2GB or something), 16 GB RAM. The game gives 55-60 fps at maximum vykruchennyh settings.
And with 8 GB RAM and GeForce 550 Ti on medium presets gave stable 60 fps with rare dips to 50.
