On average normally,but include high appear even, no lag and podergivani.What is the reason?What should I do?

At top speed with 8x msaa on average 190 fps, vidyuhi loaded full 98-100%, percent is not strained,it works 20-25%, operatives eats 4425 MB and the paging file 5101 MB.
Seems to be a little 4GB of RAM and chip vidyuhi weak
