The items in the collection (Vikings: Wolves of Midgard)

What items in the collection (not artifacts) in the bag? Just for sale?, and then I have accumulated a whole bunch, thought will need for crafting, but it's almost the end of the game. And to what level you can improve the Altar? They improved to third, is the limit?
