Horrible square shadows (Grand Theft Auto 4)

Hi all do not prompt how to get rid of these awful shadows, without exposing the high setting?

The PC I have now is not very CPU: A8-5600K GPU: AMD HD 7560D RAM 8 and want to play, and if set high will be terrible lag, because they are Oh what gluttonous.
