Help I have error when you start a Long war (XCOM 2)

The game itself works, but if you want to run LW it gives this error

A mod tried to reinstall? Apparently he complains about the lack of lines in the specified file.

If stimovsky version ,just check the integrity of the cache, but if not ... then buy a license and no problems in the future)
