Error skills (7 Days To Die)

Hello, I have a problem when they have a server that I have 53 books read and skills, if any player comes in my server, and my new books replaced by him and changed their number, for example: I have studied the creation of steel ingot and read the book the creation of the shotgun, and they become inactive and instead of these skills, I have active skills and books. As soon as I restart the server and while there are no other players, I can use my skills and books.
