Error (0xc000007b) in both re-mastering (BioShock)

I have error (0xc000007b)in both the remaster, the first time such a mistake. That just did soar. Re-installed C++ and all the years mounted, to sense 0.in the end the wind blew and H. R, all that remained.
Don't know what to do, (somewhere met that like something hard is not something, like the format is not one,) Yes, by the way put the update which advised result (0),and very much want to play. When only repast I went out on the old PC was launched, and now (Windows 7 64b fx8300, gtx 1060 6g ,8g operatives)
