How to change the soldiers in the garrison? (Total War: Warhammer)

I looked through all the threads here, but haven't found anything that I wanted. How to add or replace soldiers in the garrison. For example I've leveled the town (village) to the maximum - and the garrison there the first soldiers that were available in the amount of 6 units. I want better fighters to put or more troops. How to do it?
