Can't remember the specific puzzle on your description, but I can say that absolutely all the puzzles are solved by Ridler, if just a few moments to think logically. If not, it means that something is missed.

Need to stand on the button turns on the TV, which the Riddler is talking shit. Then managed beragam looking for the thug highlighted in red and hit it with electricity. And that's all. But I even the button does not illuminate, although it should default to work. This actually is a problem))
