Not updated van Drive on Wines 10t.

Recently Windows started to request an update the van Drive. They say update did not work and you must do it manually. Well, OK. Downloaded the update. Click on the file nothing happens. Full ignore. No Windows loading, nothing. Googled it and found out that you can do without it. Well removed using cleaner followed by cleaning registries. But Windows still asks to update it. OK downloaded the new version. Amkay it to install again and ignore. What are they doing?
