Strange... Downloaded a couple of times Ground Zeroes - does not start, I thought it was due to the fact that I have AMDшная video card. Downloaded then repak, which is fix for AMD graphics cards. And the game flew literally! Radeon 7790, but the FPS in 90% of cases, judging by the lack of lag, was under 30, and even higher.
