Critical error "XNetStartup failed" (Grand Theft Auto 4)

GTA IV - fatal ERROR occurredXnet Startup failed - please restart the computer or reinstall the game

Game reinstalled many times,not helps,the game is pirates,but used to play fine,now errors

Help,what to do? may need to patch some
