Extra objects.
1.Objects downloaded from the network, usually Packed in archives. First you need to unzip all the. zip folder and rar archives. (for example, WinRAR).
2.Files with the file extension .package placed on the system drive:/Documents and Settings/username/My documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads/ or system drive:/Users/username/Documents/EA Games/The Sims/Downloads.
3. Files with the file extension .sims2pack are installed by using Package Installer (this program is in the directory with the game, if the computer will not pick up), or if it does not, and this sometimes happens (the message about the lack of any Supplement), with Sims2PackCleanInstaller. Need for additional facilities.
1. The game itself must be enabled allow custom content, otherwise the objects will not be displayed. Custom objects are identified by an asterisk.
2. For clothing, hairstyles and jewelry need mesh'I. Mesh is a file that contains the frame object. If hair or clothing is of the form, which is not in the game, without a mesh'such objects will not work and will display standard. The file itself is hairstyle or clothing only includes repainting. Make sure that in addition to the repainting, you also downloaded and mesh!
3. Occasionally, some object requires one or more add-ons. If such requirements are specified on the website, make sure you have installed all the necessary add-ons, otherwise, the item may not work.
