Partially has already proposed a solution, I would do this:
Search a method of half division
- Disable the first half of the mods, except for the interface and system that are running.
- If normal, then the error of the mods of the 2nd half, disable half of the second part of the mods
- If the flight, so the error in the first half of mods, mods to swap
- To do likewise, removing another half of the mods.
- After a few runs buggy mod will remain connected one.
For this scheme, it is possible to identify incompatible mods, when you have to have the right mod, and the other/many do not wish to disable, not to interfere.
Alternatively, maybe not enough RAM, especially at the entrance to Skyrim after a few hours of other entertainment.
You may need hard order of connection of different mods.
