Did not play, just did not notice it does not work. Check it out for yourself. Hit utoptsev with the right oil with skill and without. Damage is the difference in area of error. So no 100% crit. damage is not there. So if someone here and just woken up, You can.
If I were good to mod (I hate them), I would use this or something similar. But no, I do not understand what the hell the developers scored on a SKILL in the game. It's just a colossal arrogance.

I have simulated 1200+ hours and I'd like to collect the most effective and powerful build. But without this skill - well, not at all.
