Sync savegame PC and PS4 (Fallout 76)

Good time of day.
As I understand it, since the toy network, conservation needs are stored on the game servers? Is it possible in this case, the game is developed on PC to continue on the PS4 and Vice versa? (of course under one account Bethesda).
