Tired dog (Fable 3)

Good day, anybody casually does not know how to provide it so that the dog stopped barking when anything you find-and then she pumped and very tired of constantly finding all the junk))) and the second question may be slightly off topic, is it possible to get the display of all the subtitles? I want to hear-what the dwarves swear and all the people in the cities speak,and when you lead someone by the hand in the quest-dialogue there are subtitles there.
