Moderators:

Features:
/kick - Kicks user from channel (the channel THE VOID) which is always moderated. That is, a normal user there can not communicate. To continue the conversation, just go back to the channel from which you were expelled
Moderators you can click the right button of the mouse on the nick of the offender in the chat and press Delete.
/ban - user moves (on the channel THE VOID) , go to the channel the user will not be able to undo the ban.
