Strong Friesians online (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Guys who had this problem, please help.
Online is terribly laggy game and laggy on all settings which I would not bet that the average high or low. If you go to single, there are such freezes and no lag. Thought not enough operatives (I have 8 gigs),just yesterday went to the store bought, placed and totally turned 12,but still I was not saved,Yes the Frisians was slightly less but not enough to be comfortable to play. Looked through Afterburner the CPU temperature, 60-70 degrees,so this temperature is normal (Intel Core i3-6006u),video card is also not heated enough memory (Nvidia Geforce 940MX GDDR5),through the Nvidia control panel already put all settings are what was needed, but to no purpose, put the swap file, tried to turn off automatic disk defragmentation. When buying a laptop had no such problems, online was stable 40-45 fps on medium-low graphics settings.

Seriously asking? Time passes, updates are released, respectively increasing load. Maybe 5 years ago on this hardware and be able to play 40фпс at low settings, now this definitely can be done. And besides, it's a laptop, throttling has not been canceled. The only thing that does help, reducing the standard settings and resolution lower. Well to disassemble and clean this ancient Brolo too, would do well, after purchasing the normal airflow (stand). But miracles in this case, it is not worth waiting.

Face it, it's a laptop. There is no cooling and the wall of the enclosure stood open for better air passage. This time.

Mobile processors and graphics cards are tuned for maximum energy saving, so from the longer battery pull. That's two.

System and paging file must stand on the SSD. The game is the same. It will give a powerful performance boost, as the HDD is the weakest link, as nikruti. That's three.

The verdict:

To collect the system unit, which will draw the game for hours without overheating and dips in FPS.

I have:
i5 4460
the ssd where the win7 pagefile and game
16 of RAM, two 8
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo to cool the CPU
Both walls of the housing removed
GTX 960 2GB
The game itself is properly configured, not looking for the prettiest picture but the picture in the game is not full of soap, a little bit lathers into the distance. In the end up to 11GB of RAM is always occupied, a maximum of 75FPS on a 75Hz monitor, the temperature was always normal.

Here is an example images

More energy saving to turn off the laptop and feed not working. and the network, and display the maximum frequency of the processor and video card to add some Gaming Mode, to raise performance.
But a long work from the battery in this scenario - forget it.

It's just because of the influx of players after the update frieze, servers do not. Normal then.
