Not visible door. (Divine Divinity)

In quests to Save the hostages, and a Terrible crop failure can not open the door located on the invisible side.In the first case, in the hut with the hostages,the second into the shack doctor of El'tera.They are simply not seen.If anybody help.Watched on YOUTUBE there is a door the players through the walls was visible.I don't have it.Thank you.
