V-Sync and G-Sync

Guys, I have a question anyone, who knows please tell me: do I need to enable vertical sync, if the monitor technology NVIDIA G-Sync(144Гц)?

Monitors, this technology specifically designed to not enable vertical sync, but anything can happen, so to compare the game if there's a gap of frames, you need to enable.
