Need someone who can do a skin (Just Cause 2)

Good afternoon. Need a man who can several applied skins to cut out the right parts and combined into one skin. Can someone help?

dds is a texture, opened and edited in many editors, if the texture contains alpha channel you can edit in Paint.Net and save in DXT5 for textures with alpha, then it is better to use photoshop with the dds plugin (downloaded from NVIDIA website) or GIMP
