Does not start. Just Desk. (Valorant)

The pancreas can help. I gained access to the PTA. Downloaded the game. Fully disabled (even tried uninstall) antivirus. Turned on the startup Vanguard and removed all the interfering files. Cleared the drive. But the game app does not start. Not even popping up errors. Just Desk.
CPU: Intel Pentium N5000
Video: UHD Graphics 605
8 gigabytes of RAM
Free space on the drive 30 gigibit
Windows 10 (64-bit)
