The problem with the camera (mouse) (Red Dead Redemption 2)

When riding on a horse with retracted arms (if it's in the hands and on the screen there is a point of sight - is not such a problem) if you turn the camera sideways (say at the speed I want to look around), the camera starts unpleasant jackals here and there, like pulling Autocentrum. It's just not it. I switched off all the same. The camera jerks some inadequate. On the gamepad it's somehow in the eyes not rushed and don't even think there is a problem, but the mouse is bullshit. It is impossible to ride a horse and look around. Is that pulling a weapon, then everything smoothly.
Is there a solution?
