Survival mod (Fallout 4)

Hello, can anyone recommend a suitable hardcore mod on folly, so was the need for food and water and gear was all bad. Searched here and on the nexus, something direct fit not found. I would be grateful for a Russian version, but if the mod directly very fit it is possible and in English.
