The computer restarts in games.

After installing the new video card came a problem, when loading a new level, the main menu or (ekshona) the computer goes out for a second and turn on.
System:
Graphics card - Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 ti (before stood gtx 1080 ti)
PSU - Corsair hx 1000i
Percents - intel i9-7900x
Mother - X299 AORUS Gaming 3 Pro-CF
Problem is not all games have noticed only in PUBG,HalfLife:alyx,Boneworks.

Tried the old card again to stick? It is a system restart?
Tried the monitor in games? You either live with monitoringom or screens. But preferably, video. On 2080Ti easy to shoot.Preferably full monitring, that is to say, not only CPU/GPU, but also RAM and swap file.As the temperature of the GPU/CPU and naprugi
By the way, how much RAM and what frequency it works? It is possible that clogged RAM

As already said, it is necessary to monitor. First temperature, for example, using Msi Afterburner.
So the most primitive - the wood updated?

If the problem only occurs in the load, then the culprit is likely the PSU
The alternative - overheating of one of components. But you're screenshots I can not put
Here so approximately should be monitoring:
Spoiler
Stress the RAM/CPU, the RAM frequency monitored by HWinfo.Else MSI Afterbuner'om

Then you have to watch overheating

You need to read error logs Windows. Then it is possible(or impossible) to understand something.

No blue screen, the computer does not have enough power (PSU is dying), also lacks ahlada.

Do not have. I do so because the RAM went out.
Naprugi on the RAM is not enough.
