Cache configuration settings (Grand Theft Auto 5)

The problem I have is that when I go to folder Social Club > GTA V and in the setting where I change the settings for example Oberau shadows everywhere and everything seems to be OK save all I think but when I go into GTA 5 online that it as a normal GTA and shadows are not lost and so I have left some settings in the settings is not changed still nothing has changed please help(
