Error GT102 (Gears Tactics)

The actual topic is dedicated to finding and solving this error. On the Internet there are options ,but I personally did not help. The idea was to start just to put all the graphics settings on low, like a suddenly heavy load and the game krasitsja (1080ti), did not help. Then on the advice, cleaned the cache path %localappdata%/GearsTactics (need to paste in the search bar of Windows)didn't help. Of course drivers are the newest and that the solutions to the problems ended.
