High latency
Good afternoon. Bought a laptop for work and games (Yes, laptop for gaming, you can laugh). Stable fps, but sometimes drops to 0-5фпс for 3-4 seconds and increases again. A shooter with such friezes is very difficult to play. I suspect that this is due to high latency that does not know how to reduce, for advanced settings in the BIOS are unavailable. Can anyone suggest an alternative solution?Maybe I don't know something and it is not related to latency and overheating and so on. In this case, it is prepared to provide additional data.

I think it is the work of the hard disk if available or SSD with a small swap file
or the viruses and applications running in the background and all 10сятичной Windows
the latency to Peck my understanding is the memory timings, which may there like that and influence beyond 60+ fps that I'm not interested.
a possible solution to gash a healthy swap file (say 32GB) standard in such friezes.
