Little drawing. (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Good afternoon. I was faced with the problem that I have abruptly appeared in the game a little drawing. Such objects as cars, poles, bushes, shadows, road signs and the trees ceased to appear in the far distance. Eyes very painful to watch. Before that I played on high, was stable 60 fps, and now this. I tried all possible ways, changing graphics via NVidia settings via the task Manager. Please guys help me somebody, I am suffering 3 day already.
