Hangs and BSOD when running games and watching videos on Windows 7

The last time the laptop often freezes and gets blue screen, I run the same fallout 4, which I recently played, I can't now . Re-installed the driver, how to fix the problem do not understand.

Here's what I propose If you see this BSOD when installing Nvidia drivers - restart in safe mode, uninstall there the display driver and then install again. Is due to a driver conflict from the distribution and Nvidia from Windows Update.

Too such problem was. The system is Win 7 Ultimate x64. And Blue 116 and firewood on the video flew constantly. Tried that is offered. Did not help(((

Judging by Google, it's overheating of the video card, the driver crashes or the graphics card is broken. Or a problem with the RAM.
With BP issues right? It's a laptop .
If the problem always in the games and videos in the Internet or the player can just watch 90% of video card.
