Mostly I speedtest, but sometimes for fun I use Yandex.Internetmeter, the differences are usually minimal in the range of 0.2-0.3 MB/s and 1-2 on the ping

I did not understand of course your sayings to the end. But like I said on different sites, different servers on speedtest in General can be any server to choose, and 2ip like using their servers.
So the metrics vary.
