How to change ethics (Stellaris)

People, Hello.

Go to the wiki(English). It says what features of Empire and race affect the attractiveness of a particular ethics.

Pick a faction, which need ethics dominant and satisfy all its requirements. I have some time after that, the Empire was replaced by one of the principles of pacifism.
