FR Empire Bay v 1.3 (Mafia 2)

Help, can't get to the bomb at Harry. I had a save before taking the mission with the bomb, and I why-that remained after the seizure, though I've heard on this mission has a bug. Is there a way to fix it? If not, then I can take another mission, ignoring this? I just have done a lot in freeride and new start there is no desire.
