What I did:
1. Restore game files ( and just like that, and deleting the exe).
2. Cleaned the registry MEA
3. Cleaned the save folder
4. Attempted to run offline, but the game continued to run without activate it, hung a couple of seconds in the process and again got out the origin.

The problem was solved by fully reinstalling the game and running as administrator. Don't know what exactly helped, but I'm okay start. Thank you all for the advice.
