Very long boot Velen on the patch from 1.21 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)
I played with versions from 1.03 to 1.08 and location Velen was loaded quickly.So, I got tired of the old versions to play and I decided to patch the game,patched to 1.21 and Velen was a very long time to boot,even it seems that is not loadingthe latest patch put and you will quickly 1.21 it was a wet patch and had many including performance

I'm playing on the latest patch on medium-high with a normal fps, with ONLY 4 GB of RAM vidyuhi 2 GB gtx 650 ti boost and 4 nuclear percents AMD with a frequency of 3.6 Ghz
Optimized the game is great, not expected at all comfortable playing from this configuration

Tried,but the patch 1.30 English and not working right,and everything you need to install the patch there
By the way, I forgot to write that set of patches to 1.24 and nothing,apparently it was raw
Ask a question off topic, but since people here gathered ,I see experienced can tell me what the problem is. It's a shame the Witcher 3(GOTY), I go into the game everything is fine, but as soon as the clamped shift key(without holding down shift all excellent) and twirl the camera, she starts to twitch(not always), lag(about 0.5-1 sec.) generally not acting normally.
