Skyrim graphics

Hi all. Play Skyrim on ps4 pro. The TV is not 4K. Graphics in other games just fine, saturated and bright colors, etc. But playing Skyrim that I neponyal where did it go ? Basically, all in grey, dark colors. Day (in game) color weak, not rich. In caves, in General, all solid. Colors Skyrim and the Witcher 3 as the heavens and the earth. I don't understand, in Udobnyh rollers graphics straight pleases the eye, everything is so lush, bright, colors fine. What's the catch ? If you need a MOD, then tell me pliz what it is. Thank you
