Ducomet (ArcThrower) (XCOM: Enemy Unknown)

Hi all!
Can someone tell me how to make these things weapons multiply, so that it could be fired several times during mission?
Where exactly are the parameters of the shot of dugmeta in DefaultGameCore.ini didn't find anything similar.
